Hi, I live in Arkansas. I have made lots of online purchases of e-cig products. This week, one site I haven't bought from before is saying they can't ship to Arkansas because of current state laws. They weren't more specific...I haven't heard anything about a law preventing me from buying e-cig hardware online. Anyone know what this is about?
