yeah your mod was designed specifically for those bottles and they work well in it. I'm using a thick walled crush proof pure silicone tubing on these and even with a fairly sharp curve they do still flow very well with no restriction, but it is possible to kink it if your not aware of it when the bottle is re-installed. I actually left your hose just a little longer than I usually did thinking it would make bottle swaps easier for you 2 but I included some extra hose for you to play with too... I believe yours are set up to where the bottle cap winds up falling to just outside of the bottle recess when the hose is relaxed but extended straight down, I've tried mine like this too and have since discovered that while it may make bottle swaps a little easier it makes reinstalling the hose kink free a bit more of a pain...

you might want to try to shorten that hose just a little and see if that works better for you, take it off from the top like I showed in my video and then trim about a 1/4" off or so and reinstall it to the 510 threaded pin, make it long enough so that when the hose is extended straight down relaxed, that the bottle cap winds up just falling inside of the bottle recess instead of just outside of it as it is now... this will require you to pull and stretch a little more against the hose when changing the bottles like I did in the video, but this hose and it's attachments can take quite a bit of pulling, and with the hose a little shorter like this it kinda pulls it into place a bit easier and kinking will become much less likely pretty much eliminating the chances of kinking it ... balancing the hose length is a tradeoff between easier bottle swaps vs easier hose placement upon reinstallation but don't be afraid to play with it, if you ever need more hose or anything just let me know and I'll send it to you but you should have enough to play with there really

a doctor is probably going to tell me what I already know, about the only thing it would help I guess would be to actually get a script for muscle relaxers but I'm not really much for going to doctors if I can help it, only when I really have no other choice and wind up in an emergency room is usually when I wind up going to a doctor

Most likely he/she would give you a cortisone injection and possibly prescribe physical therapy. If that doesn't help then it's an MRI and possible surgery.

I noticed craving vapor are using injection molded Ultem for it's battery sleds and internals. I never realized Ultem could be injection molded.

i stand corrected ultem printing filament is already out there. but its ultem 9085 and not the ultem 1000 we usually see.

I've got a buddy that has been 3D printing using ultem. I'm hoping to get together with him fairly soon and see if he can't make a few caps for me. I'm not sure which type of ultem he uses though [emoji848]

I really planned on showing the first pictures of black ultem as a completed mod but I really wasn't planning on being out of commission like this for almost 2 weeks it's really not much to look at in it's raw form, just looks like some sort of black material I guess don't know if there is much to even appreciate seeing it like this but here is a few shots of some raw material that I started to cut up and machine into mods...

3d printed ultem is not the same as something machined from a solid billet of ultem 1000, doesn't look the same and not nearly as strong. also yes ultem can be injection molded but to do any sort of injection molded project requires a very large minimum order, it's one thing to order 500 or 1,000 small parts like battery holders, but it's quite another thing to order 500 or 1,000 completed mod bodies the budget to do a complete injection molded ultem mod would have to be huge

I'm sure I could do that. I have some material to make a cap from so I guess I could offer this to anyone already buying a mod. eventually I'd like to make some more unique ultem caps for a few different atties too but right now doing them manually just takes too much time to be very cost effective, once I can get enough together to buy a little cnc lathe then I'll really make a bunch of caps, I've got a few ideas in mind, I've always wanted to design my own atty but truthfully there are so many really good bases already out there that the main thing that would need to be made to realize some of my design ideas is the caps really.

That would be pretty incredible. I've been trying to get one for some time
