Have you tried clicking the power button five times quickly? That usually works for many mods.

If all else fails, could try three additional avenues of inquiry:
Local Vape shop -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.

Hi Kim. Welcome to the ECF.

Sometimes doing that 5-Clicks to turn a Mod On/Off can be a practice in Dexterity.

I have one Mod that I just have to Click as Fast as I can 7 or 8 times to get it to Turn On. So you might try just Clicking Super Fast until something happens.

Power locked normally means that the wattage setting was set and locked into that level. My mod is capable of that by pressing both the up and down buttons at the same time...
