I bought a Twisted Messes rda to start building different coils. First one I did was a Twisted 24GA with Kanthal wraps @ .24 ohms and I seriously enjoyed it. Then I did a ¨regular coil¨ with the same 24GA Kanthal 9 wraps @ .27 and flavor was dull... Then I did a dual parallel with the 24GA Kanthal 6 wraps @.25 and also flavor uas dull. I don´t know why I always did the ¨regular coil¨ and found it flavorful but now I only want to do Twisted coils. I love the warm vape and I can taste notes of flavors I had been missing in the past.

Is it just me or anyone else is experiencing the same?

It's because the grooves in the twist have little gaps that create pockets where the juice will stay. Think of it this way: the more pockets, the better the flavor. That's why I make a ton of fused Clapton builds. Coils that actually hold the juice inside of them give off better flavor.

Gotcha...Didnt know that. Thank you for the info. I will go and twist some wires now :rickroll:
