Does this mean what I think it means? That the 95% tax threat and flavor ban is off the table?!?!

Yes,

HOWEVER a new bill was introduced with a 60% tax proposal
HB 2211 - 2015-16

The fight is not over!

HB 2211 scheduled for hearing this Friday April 3 at 8:00 AM

Please Call the Washington State Legislature Hotline at 1-800-562-6000 and ask them to communicate to your reps that you OPPOSE HB 1645.

In its current form, HB 1645 would ban Internet sales and dramatically overregulate vapor products sold in the State of Washington. Even worse, there is a movement by some lawmakers to again try to impose punitive taxes and flavor bans!

Please Take Action NOW by calling your lawmakers and urging them to Oppose HB 1645!

Everyone, I just called....never done this before. The call takes 3-4 minutes. They ask your name, contact, and address. They forward your opposition to your representative, and ask if you want a response. It's really easy to do, I hope you take the time if you can. Thank you.
