I got my package yesterday.........it actually arrived Friday, only 10 days to get across the country......but it was sent to the PO instead of my home....so I went out yesterday to pick it up....
The Rocket is beautiful.....thank you and I am sure the one whom I PIF to will also say "Thank you".....

Yes it did move from sugar land to North Houston facility and it actually shows proc essed and left North Houston main office at 3am this morning - so should be over to you soon, its en route. Sometimes it will arrive and not show anything in tracking.

Maxeddd get hold on Max in tickets - not sure what is going on with that but its been 5 days as I think it was sent on the first. Again sometimes it is making its way without being car code scanned. But I am not sure of your real name so I can't chekc it- so get in touch with Max in CS....

Thanks for your reply Danno, I was getting antsey. I checked after the doctor's appointment this afternoon and happily the tracker showed the unit had indeed moved along.

I'd say it differently... it hasn't updated since 5-5 ... which for USPS isn't unusual, it probably won't update until they receive it at your main hub before it's sent out to your local PO for delivery. Recently their movement has been much slower where before you'd probably got it in 2-3 days.

So time to exercise a little patience and hope it doesn't take as long as Maxie's did...

It isn't just you guys. This is happening with first-class packages all over the US. I've had three 1st-class packages from three different suppliers (NY, FL, and CA) sit at the sorting facilities for 5 days before getting any sort of updates, and priority packages just fly on through.

You are right Cullin. My last 1st class package from the ne took about a week to get here. USPS seems to be trying to get everyone so frustrated they will all go ahead and pay them for priority.

Well the mail lady got by about 3PM and sure enough the item was delivered.

Vaping my old .... off on it now, about 6:30.

It is a K-SubT--k Mini, made my own coil at 1.5Ohm and firing it on one of those 50W variable units at about 30W give or take. Very nice.

Seems there's a lot of inertia in the mail service.

All's well that ends well.

I completely agree..

If they are providing a service to us... we deserve to know what to expect from that service and they should stand behind it.
