Vamo no1&no2/volt&watt?/adjust down button getting stuck

Yeah i got a few questions what does the no1&no2 settings do?
what diffrence is there between adjusting the volts or the watts?
and does anyone know how to fix the volt/watt down button when ot starts getting sticky and getting stuck?
