I like Aspire PockeX or Ego AIO or Kanger Evod kits for beginners.

there's quite a broad spectrum, good suggestions from hitmetwice, i'd recommend you look into pod systems as well. best thing would be to check out some local shops in your area because they will be able to give you a good look at different types of hardware, figure out what would work best for you and taste test different kinds of liquids, it's a great way to get started. :)
