I have a taste clk and the battery won't turn on unless I flick the battery multiple times and when I does turn on I have no control over it it just starts to fire until it times out and then I tap it again and it turns off please help??? The top is fine just the batery????

Bump for an answer. You may have a bad battery. If it's new, contact the vendor. And welcome to the forum...
Could be solder, could be the board just died. I wouldn't risk playing with it trying to make it not auto-fire. If it's new, take it back where you got it and show them (don't open it and try to fiddle with things or they will blame the fiddling on the device failure). If you have had it for a while, get a new mod.
