Cowtown, USA. Where the West begins.
My local B&M bundles eGo twist or spinner vv batteries with a mini pro tank or a T3D, plus a charger cord and an eGo zipper case in the $30-40 range. That'd leave you a couple bucks over to buy a spare coil or two. This is not what I think of as a premium kit, however.

I'm not sure what would be a good kit for you because of your budget. You can find an Aspire Starter Kit for $40 but I would recommend stepping up $10 and picking up the Aspire Premium Kit. It comes with a Nautilus Mini, spinner-type battery, charging cable, and five coils which will last you a couple of months.

Innokin iTaste VV V3.0 Starter Kit - Mt Baker Vapor - Electronic Cigarettes

Innokin is a dependable brand. mtbakervapor is also a trusted vendor. The battery is variable voltage, but not a lot of power capacity, should be good for one day of vape of moderate use. 5 tanks included in that deal. you can buy more coils and change out the coils in the iClear16 tank too.

personally I would get something like these for a much more satisfying vape and better long term upgrade possibilities.

I bought my Subox mini for $50+ shipping, just have to add a few extra dollars for a battery. I would consider that a little more premium than an ego type kit.

Problem with that is you need a battery and charger, so that is closer to $75

I agree, I have both the Kangertech EMOW and the Aspire Nautilus Mini, and prefer the Mini. Of course this is a personal preference, and others may see it the other way around. :)

What is a good vape kit under 50 that's not a mod and has a variable voltage battery that includes good tank with extra coils and has a good airflow on the tank and has got a case

premium doesn't come under $50.

My guess is by "not a mod" you mean something that's not a rebuildable where you have to wrap your own coils; or maybe you mean not one where you use replaceable 18650 batteries but has it's own internal fixed battery.

maybe an istick 20 and a nautilus mini

or maybe an aspire cf kit like this one
