That's a tall order. It's like they say in the construction business: "Good, cheap, and fast. You can have any two of these you want."

If you're in this for the long haul, you might find that you quickly outgrow the "vape-pen" style devices (I assume that's what you mean when you say a "stick battery"?) and if you want a tank that puts out lots of vapor, you might not even be able to fire it with one of those. Maybe look into something like the iStick 30-watt from Eleaf, for a device. It's not quite as slim as the pen-style devices, but it's still pretty small, barely bigger than a cigarette lighter, and has plenty of power and battery life to get the job done. No carry case with it, but you can buy it either standalone, or as a kit that comes with a charger and 510-ego adapter (so you can use ego-threaded and 510-threaded tanks, and not just the 510 ones that will fit the device without an adapter) for around 30 bucks, plus shipping (might be a bit more if you prefer to shop locally.) It won't come with a tank, though. For that, since you're looking for big clouds and big flavor, maybe try Kanger's Subtank line (the original or Subtank Plus will look pretty awkward on the tiny little iStick, though. Probably want to look into a Mini or a Nano, for that. Either should fit just fine, Mini is a little larger than the Nano, holds more juice, and comes with an RBA deck that you can use to rebuild your own coils if and when you get tired of throwing out the replaceable ones as they wear out.) The Nano runs about $25, and the Mini is around $30 (again, these are online prices so you will either have to add in shipping costs, or else pay a bit more at a local brick & mortar location.)
