ive gotten a white spot or two on my tongue. it was from a bad atomizer that spit boiling drops of eliquid. Id say get a better atty, or put a really long (like church warden long) drip top on it to prevent boiling drops from hitting your tongue

Teeth are perfect, except for a little bonding needed.

Gums are perfect, healthy.

Since I stopped the stinkers my overall mouth health has improved 100%...LITERALLY.

My hygienist was actually blown away some 4 years ago.

Robino, I will check this. I did have a little auto immune issue a year ago.

I'm afraid my answer will be revealed if I stop vapeing for a period of time....see if it resolves.

Might also want to try eating some Greek Yogurt for a few days. Sometimes that helps to sort of "rebalance" good/bad bacteria in the mouth and gut when needed.

I take regular vitamins and probiotics and digestive enzymes. My gut health is good. I have recently lost 35lbs down to 195 and in the best shape I have been in years.

No one mentioned brushing the tongue. Gotta brush the sides of the tongue, too. Might be as simple as that.

Vaper's tongue is usually described as a lack of ability to taste the flavors. Biotine mouthwash does help. Eating citrus fruits helps, also. It's all about dry mouth from the moisture absorption caused by PG and VG.

THIS. I brush my tongue vigorously and use a tongue scraper which my GF gently suggested and provided.
