Ordered 2 new hcigar HC V2s from Vape Triad in Ontario Canada and received a single used, dirty and damaged one instead. Vendor claimed an employee made a mistake. When I finally received 2 new items, the glass broke immediately on both of them because of an apparent design flaw. Vendor has not answered any emails and the product has since been quietly removed from both the Vape Triad and hcigar sites. Brian at Vape Triad cClaimed customer service is top priority but he has simply walked away from this problem. That is worse than poor customer service in my opinion.
