Vaper Friendly Establishments

I know that many of the bars and casinos here are smoker friendly (and therefore vape friendly) but I thought maybe a list of places that generally aren't might be a fun idea. Here's the ones I have found so far (by asking before I vaped openly)

Buffalo Wild Wings (Durango and 95 North)
Blueberry Hill (graveyard shift, Decatur and Charleston)
IHOP Centennial Hills (late night, didn't try it on a packed Sunday brunch time...)
