I've been 100% vaping for almost 2 years now. No side effects at all for the first year or so.
For the past year I've been getting terrible headaches & throbbing pain around eye sockets. Kind of nerve pain. Using (50/50) or (70/30) (3.0mg).
Now for the past couple months I'm getting this blocked ear feeling. Like my head is going to explode and my glands are swollen. Pressure behind my ears. Very uncomfortable. It goes away after about an hour of not vaping.
Im currently vaping Max VG (1.5mg) using Joyetech AIO D22 XL with 0.6 coils.

I can't seem to pinpoint whats causing it.

I want to get back to having no side effects, like the first year.

Ready to give up.

Any idea what could be causing it?

I started with 50/50 6.0mg for the first year and have been decreasing from 3.0 to 1.5.

Sound like an infection. Should probably have it checked out by an ENT.
Note: I'm not a doctor.

I feel like its directly related to vaping though. Because at the start of the day, I'm fine. It starts after I vape for a bit. Worsens at night and later in the day. Bad right now.
Pressure directly under my ear, where ear meets throat.

That seems more like the area where the jaw muscles would be, maybe TMJ from sucking?

I would Seriously Suggest that you take puffon's advice. And schedule an appointment with a Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist.

You could also Try using Unflavored and see if your Symptoms change.

The only time i have anything like that is direct lung vaping on an Atty with a restrictive airflow. And only a second or two on the inhale.

Sounds to me like you may have a head oe ear infection that something in your vape is irritating.

Go to the doctor abd get checked out.

Try changing the ejuice. If i were ti gyess it is probably the PG or part of the flavoring spectrum in your ejuice. Thats why i suggested trying a differerent ejuice

Thats where the inner ear is abd also where the pressure is.

    Go get checked out.

Been vaping for quite some time now and the only time I experience blocked ears and popping is when I am driving in mountain terrain and there is an altitude change. I likewise am no doctor but my wife works as a surgical nurse with ENT surgeons and says that this definitely sounds like an infection or constriction of some sort and you should see an ENT specialist ASAP.

I had been vaping for two years with no issues. Then, for some reason, I decided to start to exhale through my nose. After a week of doing that I started getting the same fullness in the ear feeling in my right ear. It felt like it was clogged but I could still hear OK. I still kept vaping and it did not resolve after a couple of weeks so I went to my Doctor. He checked my ear and said there was no blockage and told me to use nasal spray for a week or so to see if it would resolve. If it didn't, he would refer me to an ENT. Well, I quickly made the connection to the change in the way I exhaled through my nose. I quit vaping for a couple of weeks and it resolved. I then started vaping again, making sure to exhale through my mouth. It was fine for four months but now I am starting to get the full feeling in my ear again. It is definitely related to vaping. Maybe the irritation I caused the first time never fully healed. I would recommend not exhaling through your nose as the vapor will get into your ear canal and for some people, like me, it can cause problems.
