Does vaping dessert flavors curb the urge to actually eat a real dessert? Or Does vaping dessert flavors make you crave a real dessert more?

I find that the desert vapes satisfy my sweet tooth that went out of control when I used to even try to cut back on the smokes

Vaping satisfies my sweet tooth, but I find myself craving crunchy, salty stuff instead. Somebody needs to make some tortilla chip and salsa juice.

I tend to swallow the vapor of dessert flavors, so I leave them alone.

For the 1st month or so I exclusively vaped liqua tiramisu. Now I cant touch the stuff.
Still a pudding fan, and must agree, it helps to curb eating actual sweet stuff!
My current daily, ry4, and totally wicked's black magic. You can see the trend here ;)

Absolutely curbs sweet cravings. There's nothing like a sweet vape after a meal or something salty. But I agree there should be more or any salty flavors. Why not? They could be good....I think.

It definitely curbs my snacking. I'm a big peanut and almond guy but I eat way less of them now that I vape. I also eat less sweet snacks now. A little Custard's Last Stand or Belgian Chocolate and I'm golden.

I bought sweet flavors for the specific purpose of replacing desserts and candy.

For the first time ever when trying to quit smoking, I've actually lost weight instead of gaining it! Purely because I vape tobaccos at work and desert/sweet/fruits at home. I can certainly replace deserts with vaping. The most satisfying so far for a desert has been cheezy lemon from LT Ecigs here in the UK. A genuine cream cheesy lemon with plenty of crust flavour too!
