Lol :D... We know that already you'd say. But lets get some more details with a recent paper published in Nicotine and tobacco Research (2015 Aug 13):
"Acute Exposure to Electronic and Combustible Cigarette Aerosols: Effects in an Animal Model and in Human Alveolar Cells." http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26272212.

As stated in the title, the investigators exposed mice (6h/d to either lab air, ecig or C. Smoke (poor mice:(), for of 3 days) and human lung cells (various concentrations of ecig and CS aerosol). Importantly, in their experiments, the "Total particulate matter exposure for the ECIG was set at higher levels compared to CS".

Result summary:

- Increased permeability of the alveolocapillary membrane:
Assay1: Lungs Wet-to-dry ratio-------------------------------------------------ECIG < CS
Assay2: Albumin leak in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid--------------------ECIG- none / CS evident

- Inflammation *----------------------------------------------------------------ECIG +/-/- / CS +/+/+

- Oxidative Stress---------------------------------------------------------------ECIG neg / CS +

- Cell death---------------------------------------------------------------------ECIG neg / CS +

- Inhibition of cell proliferation---------------------------------------------ECIG + / CS ++

* these results contrast sharply with the claim of a PLOSone paper that I commented @https://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/threads/omg-youre-all-gonna-die-again.638177/

Conclusions
"Despite higher exposure conditions, ECIG exhibited less toxic effects on lungs of experimental animals and on human alveolar cell cultures when compared to CS"

So keep vaping it's better for you. But you knew that right? ;)
