Vaping With Water

Well the mod would be to install a tube to direct the mist into the mouth/lungs. Could probably go the NicksVap3 way and chase the dragon with a straw to test it out. At least it would not be a spoon over a flame.

Failed to consider the spoon aspect. I take back what was said. Instead - interesting.

It would just be steam... Steam, contrary to popular belief, is not water in a gaseous form. It is made up of fine liquid water droplets suspended in the air. Water is invisible in a gaseous form, and it's all around you all the time.

Inhaling a bunch of steam doesn't really give off the same effect as PG or VG, and it's readily absorbed and evaporated so there's nothing to exhale.
