    I ordered my first Ego Twist and was so exited to get it. I waited, and waited, and waited.....USPS lost my package. After going through the proper channels, and figuring out USPS sucks, I contacted Matthew at vapingme.com to let him know what happened. He graciously is re sending my order as we speak, even though it was not his fault at all. That is great customer service! Order with confidence folks, he is a good guy with great prices:) Kudos to VapingMe.com!
