Bad experience with Vapor Shark. First experience (approximately 2 months ago) was fine. Since then I've ordered from them 3 more times. Had problems with receiving my product and shipping on 2nd and 3rd orders. 4th order, after waiting 5 days and not receiving a shipping notice, I contacted them and was told it was sent out for shipping and they'd send me a tracking number. Didn't happen. Waited another few days and asked for status of my order. No response. After 13 days, I receive an email that order was canceled due to product not being in stock. Really? Maybe I shouldn't have been lied to during our email exchange when CS stated it was already sent out? Very frustrating. Oh, and never an apology or correspondence after the first exchange. I spent over $300 on first 3 orders - I would have expected a little courtesy.
