I've got a Tarot Pro a few days ago.
I've been using it with a Gemini RTA which inside there's two coils, total at .34 - .35 ohm.

As well of all you know it, when I push the fire button with this configuration at 30 watts, the mod should show me the 3.20 - 3.22 volts. But it's not.

Interestingly, first came to the 3.22 and then ramp up 3.35's in half of the second. And waving around there. 3.34, 3.36, etc.

On the other hand, when I took my atomizer and try with my other mod (which it is one battery) I've got constant and equaled voltage rating.
What causes this actually? I've got the LG HG2's with maximum 1 month usage per each. They're pretty new actually. Is something wrong with my coils? My batteries? Or is it the Tarot Pro itself?

What should I do?

Addendum: I also charge my batteries with a Nitecore charger. Not with a onboard charge via USB, etc.

Addendum 2: This is exactly show what happens:
