Their gear is re-branded stuff at 3x the price... And they keep spamming the forum...
This ^^^^

VaporFi was one of the first online vendors I went to a couple years ago. I learned pretty quick they were way over priced and, like stevegmu said, they simply re-brand others products and jack up the price....significantly.

The vaporfi pro starter kit is a rebranded kanger evod sold at $50, more than 3 times the price of buying authentic anywhere else. The vaporfi rocket set sells for $120 and is a rebranded kanger emow, once again triple the price. The vaporfi rebel looks like a vamo and nautilus combo for $180, and the vamo is being discontinued in lots of online stores. The vaporfi vox 2 is a 50 watt box mod for $170, and I can't find any information on the chip, but that's literally about 4 times more expensive than comparable box mods. They sell a rebranded 18650 battery that says 35a and 2500MAh. Physically impossible and 3 times the price of a Samsung 25r. Their volt hybrid tank is $60 and is a rebranded kanger subtank mini, double the price at a decent retailer.

So, all that being said, they apparently have good customer service. At those prices, that's ALL they have. If you want quality, buy an sx mini m class (for TC MODS) or a provari (low wattage). Maybe even buy a dna 200 device when they come out, or buy a snow wolf 200 now. You'll get better stuff.... maybe it won't have green o rings, but it'll be better.

Yep. Their reserve line of juices is decent, but really not much else. Juice prices aren't horrible, though.

They have literally a 1000% or so mark up on their hardware and end up charging between 3 and 6 times what other vendors do for identical stuff.

If you like their juices, cool... prices are fairly competitive there. Avoid purchasing their hardware at those outrageous prices, though.

Sorry for my ignorance. Been hearing a lot about the batteries. What do I need to know about them in making my first purchase? The higher the number the better or?

Which one are you referring to? I assume you're talking about the 50 watt box mod. 50 watts means it can put out 50 watts of power. The power you need is determined largely by what you want to use on top of the mod. If you're using a small tank that's designed for 8 watts, you wouldn't need a 200 watt mod. That'd be like running a go kart with a rolls royce engine lol.
