Did I tell you my daughter is graduating from college this week....with a degree in Electronics. :) I think I'll buy her a ticket to FL for her grad gift....before some little gold digger snaps you up!

I ordered cartomizers from vapornine weeks ago - payment accepted, receipt sent to me which indicates it was shipped 5/11/10 - still do Not have any product - granted I utillized first class rather than priority class because it was a small order and I didn't feel like paying as much for the shipping as the original order, so I didn't expect it in two to four days like other "priority"orders I've had through other vendors, However, eleven days and No product, come on.....What is most iritating to me though is that I have contacted vapornine three times over the past week about this order and received No reply - Zero. Now I've also tried the tracking number over twenty times and it comes up invalid (someone on this thread explained that trkg.#'s do not work on first class shipping-I did not know this) but not receiving ANY reply from the vendor tees me off.

This is bizarre, indeed. If you didn't order the free mystery juice sample, which would've halted the shipment of your order, 11 days is ridiculous, even by USPS standards. What baffles me the most is the lack of response from Ben as this has never happened to me. He's always responded to my emails. Is it possible that they got your address wrong? Is this your first order with V9?

Sorry this is happening to you.

Howdy everybody. If you ordered our FREE LIQUID, it is not going to ship until next week. It said this very clearly on the free liquid page here:

Vapor Nine - Free Sample

We are pre-printing labels so we don't have to print 500 the day that our sample bottles come in, so that explains why you got a shipping label email. First class mail is not trackable, which is why it doesn't let you track it on USPS.com

Please contact us for clarification before complaining in the forum, as there is likely a valid explanation or resolution in the case something went wrong

Please PM me..sometimes we miss emails or it ends up in spam etc..we don't just ignore customers :)

I wish to amend my previous posts re: vapornine. Ben finally got in touch with me via PM - I did not know to PM him personally before as I did not know who he was - I just went through vapornine customer service via e-mail. At any rate he has gotten in touch with me, is tracking down the shipping error and has been Very Helpful answering questions and providing me with up to date information. I've assured him he will definitely have my business in the furture and that I would amend my review post on this forum. And I appreciate forum members, who are fans of vapornine, not creaming me for posting/ranting about my experience but rather giving me helpful suggestions towards resolution.
