vaporshark rDNA 40, locked in OFF mode

it stays in OFF, even when I lock it or unlock it,and stays on, it while not get out of that mode.

Does anyone have this problem, or had this problem?

Is Evolv still in business, if so I can not find there phone number?

I Have called vaporshark many times, left message , have not received a response.

I have similar problem with a hana40 except it's in the up and down switches. I tore it a apart an concluded it was in the board. Evolv will refer you back to the vender but they have been answering their mail quickly.

I have a rDNA40 that after 16 months of light use started to not stop firing after releasing the fire button.
I suspect it's the VS PCB (power control board) not the Evolve board.
At this point for me it's not worth the cost to send it back to VS and have the board replaced.

VS had a upgrade program at one time, if you could get a DNA75 upgrade that may be worth checking into.
