MRI results were negative for.. anything really.. which is great and sucky at the same time.. this doctor is giving an "at this time, I'm going to agree with your previous physician, symptoms most likely an extension of your mental illnesses."
so I'm crazy, which is well known.. still going to see the neurologist in August or sooner if a cancellation comes along.. and adding all of this to my list of "it's not real, just ignore it."

So sorry to hear that SD The NOT knowing....and therefore a definitive plan is the worst. I can relate...TOTALLY...from both sides of the problem. Ruptured cervical disk, foraminal narrowing, radiculopathy, spinal stenosis, etc etc etc...
Wanna know the crazy part? I do Sports Medicine based modality physical therapy for a living....ON PEOPLE WITH THE VERY SAME (and numerous other) condition(s)!
Praying that you're able to narrow it down...such a PITA process with consultations, neurologists, orthopedists, pain management specialists, MRIs, PT, injections, Epidurals, nerve-block and burns....UGGGGG, I get it.
that they don't give up and simply throw one of the many "umbrella" diseases/syndromes out there as a diagnosis and stop trying.

thanks everyone! I'm realizing after some sleep and time that my previous statement is pretty irrational.. just because it's not MS doesn't mean it's all in my head, though it could be, I won't dismiss any explanation until I get a real one. until more testing can be done, and I will push for this, I'll keep doing what I need to do to take care of myself. I'm thankful for all of you!

thanks Lynn! it seems like I'm the one needing to prove something, and to an extent, because I am me, I can understand this.. seeing the neurologist is imperative.. and continuing to document.. I have to say the ignoring it thing isn't working out so swell.
I've also made the mistake of not saying anything about stuff.. I started to lose faith in my physician a while back - if you're not interested in listening, why should I keep repeating myself?
I need to make some changes to be taken seriously.
