I use an inline meter by lightning vapes (if I recall right) had it for quite some time. Bought it with my first mech to check the voltage drop. That should work too

You can always get rid of the resistance reading component and then it would be fine I think. But then again no point in ruining a working meter over another $5-7 for a new one eh [emoji23]

Using 8.4 volt mechanical I norm just vape it till I don't like the vape but just would like to know how far down that is guess I cud put one in my tub and use that one and see and save 6$ lol

Yeah, not exactly rocket saying to guess the voltage after you've been using mechs for some time. Usually I can tell when my cells goes down to 3.6 volts now. But like you said, would be wise to know how much the drop is when the vape starts to go wheezy.

I don't feel the need to use a dedicated meter as I vape until I no longer get the performance I like and then I use a charger which displays the voltage. I just check then what they have discharged to.

If it was me, I'd be investing in a new charger rather than a dedicated volt meter. A charger with a display allows you to monitor your batteries and can flag up issues.

The vape shop I went into last week to get some stuff I spoke to there coil builder to try some different builds before I learn how to make them I told him I want to go no lower the. .4 he said ur running VTC4 you can go down to .2 that's what I run in my Sirius box mods all the time he was shocked when I said well 8.4v divided bye .2 is 42 amps don't u think it's irresponsible to tell people it's ok to push 42 amps out of a 30 amp battery

Then someone els chimed in oh I run .15 on mine so long use ur just not chain puffin ur fine I was wow ok have fun with that like I said I will vape at .4 thank you
