The VTC4 can handle a higher discharge amperage than the VTC5. The VTC5 is really on par with the Samsung INR 18650-25R.

The eVic Supreme is only a 30 watt device, there is no reason you couldn't use the VTC5.

Because of the low amp rating of your device, I would try the Samsung INR 18650-30Q

It's regulated which, as I understand it, separates what the chip "creates" for the atty, from what it draws from the battery. So for the batt side, it's watts divided by battery volts (which is why amps rise as the battery fades). By that reckoning... a 30 watt regulated can never hit the battery with higher than a 10 Amp draw (at 3.2V battery).

Save the VTCs & 25Rs for mods that need them.
I'd hunt down the biggest mAh 12-15A cell I could, and call it a day.
