Anyone else order product over the holidays? Put in a order on Dec. 23. Still waiting for it to be processed. Sent an email to support, they said Monday. That's still six day just to process. Hopefully, it's do to the holidays. First time ordering from CV.

Likely due to holidays. When I order in the early morning, it usually ships that day. I order mid week though, and not usually around holidays.
I put an order in on Monday the 22nd and they shipped it that day--I was pretty impressed. Of course i haven't received it yet but thats on the dog team Canada post uses here locally as I heard the dog got sick last week.
Got my order today--very pleased--best prices I could find--super quick service on Canvape's end
Yeah, I ordered early Monday morning (dec 29) and had the tracking email from Canada Post that evening. That's fine business. I appreciate the service, Canvape. Will order again.
Yea noted in another thread the 3 days for christmas and then the 2 day weekend made us work 24 hours around the clock to get caught up(today) since yesterday morning but was nice to have a few days away, longest break for some of us in 2 years! Not me

Wow. You got me beat! I put my order in on the 23 Dec, and you sent yours in on the 29 and received it before me. I guess it's a business rule. Why ...... 2 ppl off. Oh and BTW. Recieved my order on the 31st. And it's was wrong. Emailed CV at 12:00 noon after receiving the package and they said it would be sent out ASAP. Well one would assume that meant that same day or maybe the next. Nope, Jan. 2nd a Friday. So now it sits at the post office till Monday. First experience ordering from Canvape.com not very good.
We do what we can and celebrate the birth of Christ and albeit less the New Year. Having said that you can pm me and I will personally look after any issue you have.

Too bad about the order mix up, never had that happen before.
But again, stellar processing time for the holiday time period.
Between the obvious increase in order volume at Canvape and the excessive congestion in our
postal system over the Christmas season I, for one, am very impressed.
