so I know it's not probably a "milestone" that most would consider but for me it was a wow moment!Took my 4 yr old out trick-or-treating last night and hadn't planned on it...usually she only goes a few houses then back to the van...
So I left my pv in the van as we hit what I thought would be a few houses....
before I knew it, we were on an adventure more than trick-or-treating....she more just wanted to go for a walk and go to a few houses for a candy stop....
We walked non stop almost 3 hours around our neighborhood and this morning I calculated it out to nearly 10 miles....
Surprisingly I wasn't having a complete nic fit....yes I was ready to vape when we got back lmfao but not like years before while still smoking I couldn't even make it one block without needing to light up!
Not to mention I could actually breath to walk that much
(granted earlier this year I was injured and had to go through a lot of physical therapy but even still being able to breath with clean lungs was a major help)
although today my legs are not happy with me
