The wife and I were at Wally World today and I saw these Westinghouse 18650's 4 pack for $13. I wouldn't use them but it's the first time I've seen any 18650 at Wal-Mart.

    I'm not even going to verbalize what I'm thinking. You KNOW someone is going to use one in a mod. And it will most likely be one of those builds that's so close to a dead short it's ridiculous.
    Probably should be moved to not advisable forum, although will see more views here.

    CandlePower forums have already tested these and found them to exceed the spec, but no one knows what the CDR rating is. The 18500 1000mah actually tested out over 1000mah. Still, I'd use those in an LED flashlight, not a vaping mod.

    18650 and 18500 batteries available at...Wal-Mart???
