Looks like he tryed to redo it or something with no mosfit and had a problem

He said he got this to redo it but did not know how

So I don't even know how that mosfit is set up guess need a new switch

I do not see a Mosfet on that box. The switch will most likely melt sometime down the road because it is taking the full current load causing the positive and negative pins to touch,,, ergo...constant on... ergo... boom! Swapping out the battery sled will not fix the mod. It at the very least needs a Mosfet integrated in the circuit to take the load off the switch since the switch is not designed to handle the full current and the mod should have a fuse added as well to protect against shorts. If you do not know how to build an unregulated mod then I suggest not bothering with it. You also need to test that switch to ensure it isn't already compromised.

Not worth the trouble in my opinion.
