Hello vapers and ex-vapers alike,
I quit a couple of weeks ago and the emptiness was hard to deal with. I have filled it with candies, and a weight gain couldn't be avoided. I don't miss vaping though. It's awesome to be free!
Went from 24mg to 18mg, then 12mg, and after a week or so vaping that, I woke up one morning and was free.
