Singapore isn't like Thailand, where only the sale vape isn't allowed. In Bangkok you can still find the odd store that will sell vape gear and juice, albeit at an inflated price, from Malaysia.
In SG, the ban is also on consumption and possession. So you're not going to get any legal sale of it here.
If you're looking for an Instagram seller, you're pretty much on your own
