Hey I feel for you buddy, good thing Rob is so awesome! I dropped my Grand on concrete on the last day of my vacation. I thought it exploded lol the door blew off, the battery popped out - I was like OMGWTF noooo!!!! Slapped it all back together, hit the button and:

took a 10 second vape, blew it in my own face and walked away.™

Scuffed one bottom corner, that's about it. She sure is solid.

Yep and yep. The thought of being stuck for a while with only an eGo was like your life flashing before your eyes as you die (lol) - can it be fixed? How long until Rob has more for sale? How long will I be without it? All questions rendered moot as I put my baby back together and found her to be in perfect health.

Sliced bread's got nothing on the Grand, and Rob is insanely helpful.
