Duals? Did you check when you built it that they're the same resistance?
Are they wicked the same, or could one be chocking on wick that's too tight?

If they fire up evenly like you said they did, they're good. Are the ohms jumping around? If so, make sure everything's screwed down tight. Loose connection could definitely cause uneven firing. That's why I stopped using that 4 post style of RDA, something always worked itself loose, especially with Claptons.
If that's all good, rewick it. We could theorize about the million things that could cause uneven wicking, but probably simpler to just rewick it. Might be that dry end is too short.

Ohms are consistent. I'm not good with building on a 3 post other wise I used that before.

Please answer my question: What are that claptons made of? It is mostly no good idea to use claptons for TC...except, they are perfect for TC! Are they? What material(s)?

One leg of your coils is a little longer than the other...
Make that perfect and everything will be fine. And: Rewick...precisely. Screws must be ok...
TC can be a pain...except, when it works fine. Never will without accurate precision.
It is not too difficult, don't worry. Just practice.

I went to LVs website and there is no way to tell what kind of SS wire that is.
I have never gotten a TC mod to recognize a clapton build.
Many vapors think they are in TC mode and they never are.
What chip is in your mod?
Have you ever got a dry coil message from the mod?

Make your coils absolutely even, also sitting...then it should work fine. Wick accurate and even. No reason claptons should not work with TC! And: It does not really matter what kinda SS that is, the differences in TCR are marginal, no matter if 304, 307, 308 or 316...for instance.
Just from the pictures I can easily tell a few things:
1) TC.. coils should always be spaced.. always.
2) SS doesn't do TC very well with a lot of mods.
3) with duals or more, the coils have to be as near perfectly identical as possible.

Loose coiling works fine...do not sqeeze the wraps together, that's all. Spaced enough.
And...yes, the coils have to be absolutely identic...including the legs!
