What are current FAA ecig/battery requirements?

catching a plane to the east coast tomorrow for 5 days, and I need to know what i can carry and what i have to check and what I have to mail.

I do not particularly want to lose $100 of vaping gear to some TSA mouthbreather

Kewl! I had thought it was going to be much worse and I'd have to overnight mail it. So stuff it in your pocket and you're good. That's actually sane! I was not expecting that

Bottles and tanks can/will leak in flight.
Fill bottles completely and empty tanks completely. I also double ziploc both for safety.
If you use a tank, don't fill it completely before you leave, add just enough juice to get you thru security. The last few drops can be dumped in the restroom in the gate area. Remember to bring a zipper bag to put the tank into.
Do a quick google for vape shops at your destination just in case you forget or loose something.
