Flavor West Pralines & Cream @ 11% is my standard mix.
Sometimes I'll add 2% Butter Pecan, also Flavor West, for more nuttiness or 2% Capella Sweet Cream if I want a little more cream. Occasionally, I'll add both. YRMV... 
Okay, for once I'm going to list all that I've been actually vaping in the last hour (bc usually I just say what I'm indulging in at that very moment):
DIY Solub Arome's one shot "Chateau Haut" (which is supposed? to be like Castle Long, apparently, but which is really just a very nice coconut vape); DIY "Castle Long Clone V2" by EWS; "Mr Meringue" (lemon Curd and meringue; actual retail juice); DIY "Adirondack - Placid (Clone) (Updated)" by psyki (though I think I like "Placid clone v7" by onmywaydownnow better), DIY "Caramel Butter" single flavor from Wonder Flavours, DIY "Cereal Killer" creamy blueberry / strawberry mix by waphz (not really a "cereal"), and DIY "Bloody Barb" (rhubarb, orange, strawberry mix) by DarthVapor.
I don't always jump around quite this much, but I do switch flavors like whoa. It's unusual for me to sit with only one for an hour or more.

I also really enjoyed soleil by 13th floor elevapors. Its basically a vanilla frosted animal cookie sort of flavor.
Vaping the last of my Chocolate Chip Cookies from the Stasis line at Smug Juice. Very sad since Smug closed shop a couple months ago.

2/3 of a Kayfun V2 tank filled with unflavored nic at 6mg/ml with the other 1/3 HS Highway 5% flavor. Nice low throat hit vape with a touch of tobacco flavor.

Well I don't exactly have a recipe... lol.
I made a Cherry Custard & a Raspberry Custard, both were okay but not quite what I was looking for. So I mixed 'em 50/50 to get the mix I'm currently vaping. But if I had to hazard a guess looking back @ my original recipes:Custard (INW) 8%
Raspberry (CAP) 3%
*Cherries (INW) 2.75% (*Not their regular Cherry)
Sweet Strawberry (CAP) 1.25%
Sweetener (Sucralose) (TFA) 1.5%
That should get ya pretty close.
Cap off 24 hrs, 2 week aging...
