I ordered the mod Variable Voltage E-Cig with X9 Changeable Bottom Heating Coil Atomizer and of course realized after battery not included. It does say 18650 battery but it doesn't say anything about Mah. Is any rechargeable 18650 battery good?

No, it is extremely important you use a good quality IMR or better. See here for all you will ever need to know about batteries and safety.
I cannot stress it enough! It is the most important and mandatory decision you MUST make if you use a mod with removable batteries. You should use only high quality batteries. There are multiple reviews and excellent recommendations at the link I provided and many quality cells are very reasonably priced, especially at Canvape.
