It's a 1.8 ohm Kanthal OCC Coil with 3 visible juice holes, possibly more on the back side, a slightly askew O-ring intended to prevent leakage, threaded 510 connector with visible insulator between the positive and negative terminals on what appears to be a stonelike or faux stonelike surface, all slightly out of focus?
