I started at 24, now I'm anywhere from close to 0 to 6, depending on what my setup is.
Far easier said than done.
I have tried over 150 flavors just to find only 2 that I like enough to use as an all day vape, both made by the same guy a recluse who doesn't even have a website, yet alone a way to ask for a 18mg version of his juices.
I think my only resort is to add concentrated nic to the juice as it is sold.
Imagine that.

I started the opposite of most people... I started at 0 (guess I was in denial) then noticed that I wasn't getting the same satisfaction I got when I used to relax with a pipe. Went to 3 for sub-ohm, and I am at a 6 on my Nautilus tanks (yes, I have multiple Nautilus tanks... I love them!)
Started at the 9 and 12 during the liqua + second generation era. Dropped to 3 once for 2 months but it could get rather expensive to get that satisfaction. Now went back to 12. In days of low stress, I could go less than a ml.
