Seems like a really good time for them to start releasing such things... I wonder what the FDA will have to say about this device.

My guess is that they will approve it and a portion of the revenue will go to individual states via the MSA. Win-win for everyone but us vapers. It's a cartridge-based closed system that Marlboro is claiming to be a tobacco product and I imagine it's appealing to both the FDA and EU.
Undoubtedly safer than 'smoking' the same tobacco. If they can convince the FDA, it should sail through as long as they 'pay to play'. Doesn't help us vapers a bit though.
I was using a bit of sarcasm. There's no doubt in my mind the FDA will love it.

It seems to be a dry-herb vaporizer. They can work reasonably well with tobacco if done right but are usually finicky at best.
