What to do - Proposed bans in 4 states

If they ban or tax or overly regulate the juices, PV's, etc.... Can you still just buy the ingredients, and DIY your own liquids? I would think you could buy PG, VG, Flavorings, and maybe nicotine? How could they take away the sale of PV's?

I think you can still buy those.

Thanks for the info I will be typing up letters and sending them out. If you live in California let's flood their office with letters! !
