BestE-Cig Requires A Signature On Delivery For Their Order! If Your Not There To Sign For It They R Not Going To Leave it!
When USPS Comes To Deliver The Package They Ring Your bell, Wait 10 Seconds & Screw With The Package & Mark As "Attempted Delivery" (No Answer).
If U Did Not make it to the door (10 sec run or 25 second run after the truck attempt) The USPS Driver Is Suppose To Leave You A Small Tanish / Brown Little Paper In Your Box / Door About The Package Delivery. There Is A Signature Release Area On The Paper To Sign It & Check Box To Authorize USPS To Leave The Package There or Where U Tell Them! (After U Sign It Tape It (secure but visible) So its Visible for the driver or your regular mail person to pick up or see).
Sometimes These Boneheads (USPS Drivers) don't re-stock those papers to leave and so they don't give a hoot!
Also usually after 3 attempts (USPS) will send it back to the sender as "Undeliverable".... 8-o
U Better Call Your Local PO ASAP Before Your order goes back to Best e-Cig and you will have to pay & wait again.....

If you are using EMS to track your package go to your post office to get your package. EMS is delivered by US Post proity mail and they sometimes don't put the little card in your mail box.
I just received a package from Bestecigs Tuesday. It zipped right thru US costoms in SF, CA, it was 2 days earlier than usual had to go to post office to get it.

I'm not sure that attempted delivery notations for entirely different zip codes mean that they are attempting delievery at the customer's address. Generally, the zip code listed with "Attempted delivery" is that of the delivery address.
Just to clarify, this order was not placed at bestcig,it was from smoke51, not that it is the suppliers fault that this is happening anyways.
Just got my Bestecig order 2 days ago. From Xiamen China to Arkansas, USA in 8 days. Not bad considering customs had it for 3 days.

My ScrewDriver went from Trogg in the UK to New York in 3 days and then it took the PO almost 2 weeks to get it across country to Las Vegas. All the way up to the time the mailman rang my door bell the tracking said it was still in New York.
yours must have been one of the "late" seven all posted on the same day.. i think they have all arrived now..
the tracking never updating is normal.. arrival in NY then nothing till delivery.. which wouldnt be so bad it they didnt say its updated every bloody evening and to check back.. he he..
but however slow it is.. its reliable.. we havnt lost one yet... they do all get there.. eventually.. seven to eleven days is normal...
