What to expect?- Bestecig order "handed over to customs"

That long a time must be normal for international orders only. I got a box from Ben in Florida in 2 days. Then again I got a box of carts from China in 36 hours. Anyway, it was worth the wait. The SD kicks ....

I got my last order from bestecig 3 days after ordering from them (East Coast US) I just with their products were as good as they're delivery.

My luck doesn't seem so good so far with shipping from BestEcig. Order shipped on March 7 and then went back to the sorting center, shipped out again on March 13th. Beci has been great in checking on the order but she couldnt get a good reason why it went back. She offered a full refund if something is wrong with my shipment when I receive it. Keeping fingers crossed.

Well my package cleared customs on Tuesday in about an hour. I'm in Toronto though which is at the other end of the country from Vancouver. lol

I don't think I'm getting it today, probably Thursday or Friday. The good thing is...IT CLEARED CUSTOMS! =)

So its obvious the ems "attempted delivery" was a miss-ship. More than likely the standard american to chineese to american translation.

Ah I think you're gonna beat me. Actually sometimes when I order items from Montreal (6 hours away) it takes 3-4 days. So I imagine getting something that's all the way in Vancouver will take like a week more.

AHHHHH! I can't wait anymore for this thing to arrive. I got the DSE901, USB pass-through, batteries, atomizers and 6 bottles of juice.......and I ran outta smokes this morning... I might need a few more packs to tie me down. 8-o

6x atomisers (3 for each unit)

2x 35ml med and high menthol (1 med, 1 high)
2x pass-through (1 each)
bunch of cartriges for both (blank)

260 shipped all in all. I cant wait, Im not getting taken out due to a dead atomiser anymore!!!

Damn it, I wont be getting it today. It has said twice now that it has left the cedar rapids area. Its only 6 hours away, so maybe last night it got shipped over to here. I guess Ill find out by 4ish today.

In regards to the OP's concerns.

Would it be possible if you are ordering from overseas to have the seller send it in two shipments (i.e. hardware in one package and carts and liquid in the other)?

I'm curious to hear some stories about the seizure of goods coming from overseas into the US?

Hey guys, I'm having a lot of fun with my DSE901. The pass through seems to work great. I'm charging up one of my batteries at this moment. I'm currently vaping RY-4 which I'm liking. I think I'll try Cola next. I feel no desire to smoke an analog.

What I really wanted to tell you guys is, that I just noticed there's a yellow sticker slapped on the outside of my package. The yellow sticker reads, "Opened by CBSA", Canada Border Services Agency. So apparently in Canada they are brave enough to take on Bestecig's packaging. My package spent about an hour in customs. The good thing is that nothing is missing.

So I guess they will open packages, but it seems as of now, customs in Vancouver has no problem in letting our stuff through. Be it, equipment or multiple bottles of liquid.

"Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site."

Yay mine came too, Im enjoying the hell out of my 801. Same carts as the old e-cig.com cigarello too, so I can reuse my old stuff (well carts atleast). The wife is liking her 901, got a headache but that happened last time she tried an e-cig. Now I just gotta wait until tommorow for puresmoker to reopen so I can order some flavors!

You did nothing wrong, USPS tracking sucks. Usually only a scan when actually enters the system and normally after it is delivered. Not much for tracking at all.
