There is no such thing as "best" when it comes to vaping.

There are tube/box style mods.
There are regulated/unregulated mods.
There are low/medium/high variable v/w mods
There are temp control mods.
There are single/dual battery mods
There are internal battery mods, there are removable battery mods.

So "best" is very subjective.

Shhhh, I'm coming out with the Flux Capacitor, utilizing 42 26650s in series and another 42 in parallel and a super secret chip that puts out 1.21 Gigawatts
You blew it! Now it's not a secret anymore.

It's the one that works for you!!!
^^ This. If it works, vaping with a Supervape 10000 at 30 watts is the same as vaping with MonsterVape X at 30 watts.

You're only limited by your budget and your tastes. Tube mods, box mods, DNA chips, YIHI chips, OKR10 chips, it's all up to you.

NO offense, but that question makes it sound like you are new to the world of vaping. I would suggest a regulated mod. One with a chip that will regulate output. Depending on what kind of vaping you want to do, I would suggest at least 30 watts or more. If you want to chase clouds, a 50W device is a better fit.
Something between this:
Eleaf iStick 30W Battery - Eciggity
and this:
Sigelei 150W Temp Control Box Mod - Eciggity
A lot of folks seem to like this one too on the higher end of price and quality:
Snow Wolf 200W Temp Control Box Mod - Eciggity
You can spend $30 on a decent mod, or you can blow as much as $200 if you have it to spend.
CloudMaker Whiteout DNA200 Mod | Evolv DNA200 Chip

The Last One I bought.
Until, The Next One I buy.
IF I win one of those new Disrupters in the ECF Giveaway then THAT will be the Best.
I like "Free". A LOT!

Analogy on the Subjectivity of such a Question;
The absolute Best Coconut Pie in the World still Sux to me as I hate Coconut.
Cheesecake on the other hand,
When it's "good" That one is the Best I ever had. When it's "average" it's still Awesome to me.
