Does it take a lot of heating to get the spring out of the wire? I don't seem to notice a big difference after heating it but maybe I'm not doing it for long enough?

One thing you ask yourself is even if I Fully Anneal a Metal Alloy correctly, how Hard was the Alloy to start with?

If something like a 316 SS Wire was 1/4 Hard to start with, Fully Annealing it might Not Change it as much as you want/think it should.

In Lay Terms, annealing Doesn't make a Metal Alloy Ductile and Malleable. It makes a Metal Alloy as Ductile and Malleable as it can be.

Thanks for the explanation!
