Where can I buy this in the US? ClipCoil for fused/clapton type builds

I've been looking for something like this and finally found it, but it's in Russia. It's basically a 2-jaw chuck for a power drill. I hate having to position my staple staggered fused claptons on the side of my 3-jaw chuck. I just ordered a 4-jaw chuck adapter, but this is what I really wanted. Anyone know of this or something similar in the US or at least somewhere that ships to the US?

I saw that site, but I just want the clip coil, not that vise thing. Just the clip coil is about $8. That listing is for $52.

I know some site in the western hemisphere has one of these or something similar. Just got to keep looking
