Thanks for the advise. bought my charger there. its located on level 2 sim lim sq. wide range of batteries and charger.

Where in changi village Bro? Do they carry 18650?

The corner shop selling outdoors stuff inbetween have the bicycle parking then the hawker.
Last night they have 2 18650 with blue wrap(not sure what brand) at $5 dollar each.

cheap isn't good, especially if you are looking for batts to vape on. do your research carefully.

Better get a more trustable and reliable brand than saving a few dollars. A good charger can last you for quite a long time and save yourself a piece of mind.
