I recently reached the end of my 100mg/ml liquid bought about 5 months ago. While I keep it away from the pets and work alone with it, it hasn't been a dire experience, mostly just tedious. But just as tedious as if I'd been working with 36 mg/ml. Get the bottle from the freezer, measure out the needed quantity, return the wrapped bottle to the freezer, and dilute to the target concentration. "Exposure" to the 100 mg/ml liquid lasts about 1 minute, the rest of the time I'm exposed to my normal nicotine concentration. And since I mix 100-250 ml of my target concentration at a time, any exposure comes only about once per month. With simple precautions and limited time of potential exposure, handling 100 mg/ml liquid need not be worrisome.

My current concentrate is the 60mg/ml from MFS, only because it was the least expensive nicotine per gram at the time.
