My Darwin is intermittently firing all by itself. I have to flip the arm down after every vape to keep my atomizer from dying. I figure it's something with the logic board and I'll need to send it in for repair. I sent an email to Evolv about getting it repaired, but I haven't heard back from them yet.

Does Evolv do repairs on Darwins? If not, who does? I bought mine used, so I can't go back to the supplier for help.

Evolv is the one to contact, so you've pursued the right option. Check your spam folder, perhaps the email response went there. Alternatively, you could email again and leave a phone number for them to reach you at. I know they're busy with the recent release of the dna, among other things, but they still usually do a good job of staying on top of their emails
